It’s time for the monthly visit.
Not that monthly visit. I would never talk about such a thing. This is a blog for mature and refined people. Not people that find their minds inadvertantly doing the breaststroke in the gutter. And stop giggling at the word breaststroke.
This monthly visit is the one where we review all the stuff we revealed in the last month. Sortof like Bower Power cliff notes…

SPONSORS:
I like to shoutout to my sponsors each month…after all, they are the muscle behind this here operation (well, besides my boytoy’s raging biceps). And I am proud to say that I would purchase stuff from any one of these stores – check them out by clicking on the photos…after all, Christmas is right around the corner and nothing says love like an email to your hubster with a link to one of these products and a title line of “WANT FOR CHRISTMAS!”
First up – P.C. Fallon Co. – they have these bags…Spartina…amazing. Functional and stylish. They totally would look rockin’ with a pair of boots. And they offer a ton of other brand name bath & body products, home fragrance, bedding, kitchen, and gifts. Oh and p.s. – their newest line is Archipelago Botanicals. Here is the link for Archipelago Bath & Body and here is the link for Archipelago Botanicals Home Fragrance ….so fancy it would impress my mother…and she is not easily wooed.
Evgie Nev is one amazing decal shop. Perfect for those soon-to-be moms who want to have their nurseries look special without a ton of work – slap one of these gorg decals on the wall and welcome your little one home in style. So cute it’s ridiculous. Oh and if they ever outgrow it, well, it’s a decal…just peel it off! Plus, you get 10% off with the code ‘bpblog’ so all the more reason to shop 🙂
I have a serious love affair with my Scentsy burners and bricks. It’s a borderline problem. Well, it would be if Jeremy wasn’t equally infatuated with them. They make my home smell, well, like I want it to…not like the funk that was left here for us. And they have their Christmas scents out. CAH-RAZZZY. And don’t forget to get a Scentsy Buddy while you are at it – you know, for the little people in your life that tend to make a room smelly 🙂 I want Ollie the Elephant so bad it hurts.
TinyPrints offers all sorts of lovely paper products such as party invites, birth announcements, greeting cards, holiday cards, thank you notes, notebooks, and address labels. Have you gotten your christmas cards yet? No…me neither. But here’s an easy way to get it done!

My own brother – yup, he’s a master plumber supporting my hopes and dreams of being a blogger with more than ten readers 🙂 This link is to his facebook page which has his number and if you are in the greater Birmingham area, he’s honest, affordable and hilarious…more so than me. He’s actually funny in person. Plumbers crack optional 🙂
Thanks to everyone who is supporting us this month. And thanks to all you who show some love to those supporting us. You make my world turn round 🙂

I need a plumber in about 10 different ways, and a master plumber would be even better. Is your brother planning a trip to Oregon in the near future? He doesn’t even need to bring any crack.

Very impressive! We’re at a point where it is time to work on all the home improvement projects we’ve been putting off! I’d be impressed if we can manage 1/4 as much as you guys did this month 🙂

Breaststroke….hahahaha. Sorry.

My mom is going to a Scentsy party on Monday and I LOVE that Santa one you have a picture of in this post. Do you know if it’s offered right now? I looked through their catalog and briefly on the website but didn’t see it anywhere.
Thanks!

Man, you got a ton of stuff done!!! That is seriously impressive considering how busy it can be with a little one! Sooo, I have a totally random question for you. I just started a lil family blog, but post a ton of projects on there, too. I am definitely not up with all the technology and was really wanting to give my page a little face lift. Do you have anyone that you’ve worked with in the past or one of your past sponsors that do that? I have found stuff here and there online, but it always seems like it is for someone that has a big blog and a shop. Thanks for your help. I totally appreciate it!!!

Did you just give out your single again brothers number? There were lots of comments when you said he was single again! He’s about to be one busy plumber!! Reminds me of the commercial where the guys shoved all kinds of things down the toilet bc of the hot female plumber?! Anyone??
Another great month!! Congrats!!

It’s amazing how much you cover in one month,eh? So glad I foung your blog! Always inspiring in so many ways!
Katie says
Haha…nope – wrong brother. My older brother Brad (who is not single) is the plumber. My little brother Tim (who is single) works on cars. We always used to joke that we only need a physician and dentist in the family to have all our bases covered 🙂

I wish I knew – maybe some other folks can suggest some help. I have done all my face-lifts myself…probably more botch-jobs than anything 🙂
