We are so happy to share with you our newest gift….

Weston Knox Bower was born November 18th, 2012 at 11:22pm.  He weighed 10 pounds 3 ounces and was 22 inches long. 

We can not even begin to express to you how blessed we feel.  We are all so in love with every inch of him. 

A huge thank you to everyone who shared with us the long journey.  We never dreamed how complete we would feel with Weston in our family.  It’s purely amazing!  And to everyone who encouraged us throughout the process of bringing Weston into this world…. thank you, thank you, thank you.  We read each heartfelt word aloud in the hospital from your comments on Instagram, email, Facebook and this blog.  It brought us so much joy knowing we had an entire planet praying for a safe delivery and healthy baby.  We love you guys.

    I was a 2 week late 10.5 pound baby myself. Whenever my mom and I used to get in fights it would usually end with her dramatically saying “I carried you around for nine and a HALF months”. Can’t believe I am passing this information along, but 13 years from now you might pull out that line.

As I sit here thinking about going through the labor process in less than 4 weeks with our first, your posts and updates gave me a glimpse of some of the things I can expect.   419. Holy Cow!!!! How absolutely adorable!!!! Congrats!!! What a big guy! We had our fourth bundle of joy 7 months ago, and he was about as big as this one. Not as long and about an ounce heavier. Be prepared to suck down and nutritional shake, eat TONS of food(more than when you were pregnant) and drinking more than a gallon of water a day if you plan to breast feed. As a mommy of a big bouncing baby, I can assure you that it’s going to be all you’re doing for a while. Mine fed about every 1-1 1/2. And cleaned me dry. But I’m sure you know all of this because of Will. Congrats again!! Off to a Dr.’s appt for this guy!!

I’ve been keeping an eye out for when you delivered (and comparing your pregnancy pics with mine just to see if I was getting too big)…I went into labor and delivered on Nov 2 and cannot imagine what it must have been like carrying until Nov 18! Ironically, we named our son Easton! Just had to share…many congrats and well wishes. Enjoy!
