Ok I have no idea who that guy is. But Im still thinking its the basement. Oooo maybe a media room for the basement. The first clue looks like can lighting. The second is the hardwood floors. The third looks like a stipple brush for the ceilings??? And the fourth. . . . ?? Im guessing some worker like an electrician because all of the workers you hire are cute guys and not hairy creepos like the ones everyone else gets!
