I’ve been seriously so behind on Christmas card ordering. Every year we use different companies and love their fun designs and this year I am thinking of using Shutterfly just simply because my addresses are already loaded and I can click “address and mail” and they will be late-but-not-so-late as if I did the addressing myself.
But the question is – which card do I choose?
I put them in front of Jeremy first and he eliminated this one….
and he wasn’t a fan of the “yellow” in this one…
I also made this Joy card and the only issue that I have with it is the snowflake that runs onto Jeremy’s head…so that is out…
Okay – so this is where I need your help. I narrowed it down to these following options…do I choose this red foiled Merry version with the snowflakes?
Or this fun colorful one – surprisingly it made the cut and is super festive…
Or this more modern twist version with the gold merry?
Or I also made this photo of the boys into one?
I’m putting my life in your hands people. And I never exaggerate. This is serious business.

Will looks like a freaking super model! Love that kid!!!

Love the red Merry Christmas one! I love Shutterfly too. You could just head over to my Etsy shop and look around. I do custom orders too. Maybe next year!

I can’t believe you managed such a great photo with EVERYONE smiling!
Ashleigh says
The Joy one is my fav but they all rock! Shutterfly should use whichever you choose for their catalog next year !! Happy picking!
ashley says
I voted for the red merry christmas, but honestly my fav is the Joy! It took me a minute to even notice the snow flake on Jeremy’s head!
Kadi says
Red Merry Christmas, but without so much of the white blurry haze stuff! 🙂
Gina says
What a great picture of you all!
Elizabeth says
They are all lovely but you need to choose one that shows YOUR SHOES! They are awesome!
Leslie says
I voted for the gold Merry Christmas one, but they all are great! What I really want to know is what iron you used to curl your hair like that? Looking beautiful as always! Thanks!!
Sandy says
All terrific options. I like the gold best. I never show the husband until I have decoy terrible one that he can say no to! 🙂 ha ha! Then I get to choose from the other two!
Christine says
I did the red foiled Merry Christmas one too! It turned out really cute. I wish there was a way to paste a picture in my comment and I’d show you!
PS- did you use Crystal Barbee Photography? I love her and have used her for newborn pictures a few times. I could have sworn I saw a pic of you and one of the boys on her insta.
Sheri says
The gold ones are pretty but the red looks more readable? They’re all great though
Jessica says
I have to say my favorite was the gold Merry Christmas, but I was thinking about which one I’d choose if it were me and my family, and the curve of that is totally accentuating your booty! I mean, if it were just for Jeremy I’d say ‘Get it girl!” but if you’re sending it to others…I don’t know that I’d want my butt highlighted like that. And just to clarify, this is in no way a negative comment as you’re simply beautiful 🙂
Heather says
Gold merry all the way!
Emily B says
Red Merry Christmas for sure! If we wanted to send you a Christmas card, what address should we use?maze

Love these! We normally do shutterfly too, but couldn’t afford the one we liked this year. One of my coworkers suggested Walmart, so we’re trying that this year. Printing on photo paper (like 29 cents each!) can be done same day. We ordered carstock for a little more (69 cents each) and they’ll take about 1.5-2 weeks to process. Picking up next weekend, just in time to get them mailed out. Fingers crossed they turn out ok!
Lisa says
Red foil all the way! I like the fading on the bottom that makes the “Merry Christmas” easier to read and the coloring compliments the photo really well. I feel like the colorful border competes with the photo a little too much, and the gold lettering on the other option gets a little lost in the photo (that ones my second fav though). All the options are pretty darn adorable though so you really can’t go wrong!
Bea Roberts says
I like red foiled merry Christmas version with the snowflakes and the photo of the boys. I hope that helps 🙂
Dawn Pfeiffer says
The red “Merry Christmas” brings out the deep red of your dress and brings the whole color palette together. It also puts you more into the forefront of the image. The other designs seem to make you get lost in the image a bit. You’re a gorgeous momma and can’t let those boys overshadow you too much. 😉 There is a lot going on at the bottom of the image (shoes, legs, feet) to have text on top of it, so the snowflakes cover up and clean up that a bit. I’m a graphic designer and have a passion for personal stationery, so I love to weigh in on stuff like this. But opinions are just that. Good luck!
Evelina says
Yay! The one I voted for seems to be everyone else’s favourite too! I love how all of your names are listed at the bottom of the third one and you can never go wrong with gold foil! I am also so impressed with how great of a photo you got of the whole family! What’s your secret???
Annie says
Love the gold modern one. Simple is best!
Will we ever find out what you did with the rest of last years photos? You said “watch for what we did with the others” or something similar… I am itching for a photo based project maybe!
Theresa says
I vote the red Merry Christmas with a picture of your boys on the back. I use Shutterfly and always put my four boys pic on the back 🙂

It’s actually natural. I didn’t even shower that morning…just rolled outta bed with the crazy hair 🙂

I did use her recently! These ones are the ones she shot though. She did some fall photos for us and I can’t wait to use them in our family photo album!

This was like house hunters but with Christmas cards and more fun because we get to vote. Your family picture looks great! I like cards with the whole family vs. just the kiddos…we want to see the parents too! You guys are just as important to your loved ones!
Katie says
I know! They do get pricey! I always do the expensive ones for the closest relatives and friends (like the ones that actually keep our photo on the fridge year round) and then I do cheaper ones to people that are more fringe friends 🙂

Ann L. says
I voted for gold Merry Christmas, but more importantly — where are those shoes from? 🙂
Susan D says
The boys’ picture is so cute! Can you add it on the back? That’s what we did this year.
Jenny says
Just an idea but you could always do Happy New year cards…it gives you an extra couple weeks to get them done! We’ve done that before and I kind of like the idea because then people can keep your picture on the fridge longer since it’s not Christmas 😉
Katie says
Sears! I was shocked!

Red Foil, great picture and beautiful verse.
Karen B. says
Ha ha! I was thinking the same thing! Can’t hide those… They’re beauties!
Carly says
I used Vistaprint this year. I saw a discount code on a commercial for 60% off. They are good quality too. I think they are all good.
Jess says
Gold Merry Christmas all the way! Your poses are cute and this one doesn’t cover them up your bottom half like some of the others. Joy looks good too, but I’d probably also obsess over the snowflake on Jeremy’s head.
tina says
I voted but have a suggestion too.
I voted for the gold merry Christmas but I think you should add the boys only picture on the back…it is just precious. We have a photo card tradition as well and every year is all of us on the front and always a stand alone picture of my son on the back. Just an idea.
Connie Brown says
I chose the Red Merry Christmas. I love that you celebrate the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas to your precious family.
Cindy says
I chose the boys only card you and Jeremy look good but your pose is awkward with the squatting.
Angela says
I had the exact same reaction as you on the options. That’s why I picked red merry Christmas.
Rebecca F says
Ditto! I picked gold merry Christmas because it didn’t cover your shoes!!
