Blogiversary Giveaway – A Little Bit of Joy

My apologies for our giveaway interuptions…blame BlueHost…they are the throttling weirdos who stink blue cheese.  But don’t let a little Bower Power blockage get in your way of fabulous prizes.  I have a few more giveaways to host and I know you guys are gonna love this one. 

Joy, the creative southern gal behind the etsy shop A Little Bit of Joy (genius name I tell ya…simply genius), is here to share a little custom homemade goodness…in the form of Rhinos.  I love where this is going already.

And I loved it even more when she offered to send Will one for his animal collection.      

Yup, this is Will kissing on Duce.  That’s what I just named the Rhino.  Just now…as I typed this.  It may say Will on his rump…but that’s just his protector.  White rhinos are endangered, you know and need a bodyguard.

And you can imagine my elation when I snuck in Will’s room during a nap to find him canoodling Duce in bed.  I guess technically that is spooning…wouldn’t ya think?  Either way, I may have woken the sleeping duo with my awws. 

The cool part of this giveaway is not my spooning-rhino-child, it is that Joy makes these fuzzy fleecey rhinos CUSTOM.  So that means that you will get to choose the colors for the little kid in your life.  And seriously, how cute are these girly ones?

    We are getting licensed to be foster parents and these are the PERFECT little stuffed animal that we could give a kid when they first come into our home so they have something to cuddle and comfort them. So these kids we don’t know yet, but our licensing worker is coming for the final visit tomorrow morning and then not too long after that we will start getting kiddos aged newborn to 9 years old.

    He’s probably smaller than that Rhino now, so the Rhino can protect him until he gets big enough to protect the Rhino.

    I have a very adorable 18 month old little boy who is obsessed with stuffed animals. He hasn’t met a stuffed toy he doesn’t love yet. He is also a little thief and makes it a regular habit of try to steal other kids stuffed animals as slyly as he can. He would be oh so happy to receive a very sweet stuffed hippo of his very own!

    My little 2 year old is extremely imaginative and loves animals. He talks to them, and carries at least 3 of his stuffed animals with him everywhere. He has at least 5 in his little bed and he takes very good care of them. He would LOVE a Rhino and his face would be lit up if he sees it.
