Spring is right around the corner! The sun peeked out yesterday and I almost threw a party complete with confetti and those horns with ribbons! And this morning in school drop off, I pulled up the bottom of my leggings and realized that it. was. time. Yup. So now let me answer some basic questions that I always get and how I incorporated this package of goodies into that routine.
MY GROOMING ROUTINE
First my grooming is 100% based on time. If I have no time, I shower. Otherwise I love me a good bath. When it comes to showers….I like it super hot. I hop in and soak my hair and wash that first. Then I do a conditioner or a hair mask. As that percolates, I exfoliate (the Deep Scrub in the start set is SO good) and I think that is why I don’t have ingrown hairs or any bumps!
Exfoliating is LIFE. And then I lather up for shaving. I am not a conservative when it comes to products….I figure that it’s better to use too much than too little. The Shave Butter stuff goes a long way and it makes the task effortless.
And then comes to shaving. This might be a little TMI but I have to shave even my toes….so it’s helpful to have a razor that is gonna do the job well!
I have to go rather fast because the kids don’t stop for no grooming ritual! But I ALWAYS shave…no matter if its a bath or shower. And then after shaving, I rinse and love to use coconut oil after drying off as a moisturizing serum for my hair ends!
