I have been spending so much time at Walmart lately….I blame school starting back up and always needing ANOTHER water bottle. Guys is it just my kids always leaving their jackets and water bottles in the classroom?! I’m like how is it that these things don’t make it back in your backpack? Are you selling them? Because mommy gets a cut. Water bottles don’t grow on trees y’all.
With Walmart being a new home away from home, I noticed that they had so many cute new things for women. These styles are obviously affordable (it’s Walmart duh. It’s so affordable that it would be offensive NOT to purchase them. It’s all basically free.) and I could not with a clear conscience keep all these finds to myself. It would be selfish of me. And I’m never selfish…unless Reese Cups are involved 🙂
So here is a mini try-on with Walmart finds!
I really tried hard to focus on pieces that are super versatile, modest for all you school teachers and also I never would recommend something that didn’t have the comfort factor. The shoes listed didn’t pinch or rub but I would recommend adding a Dr. Scholls insert for majority of them as that would make them even more comfortable for longer wear.
Also you can see that I incorporated a lot more yellow! It feels like fall – the leaves are all turning that color – and it makes the transition of your wardrobe align with the cooler weather that is hopefully on it’s way!

That black sweatshirt came home with me. Comfort level = 10! And the cropped pants are trending right now so get ya some at Walmart! I love pairing them with mules, a pointy flat or a stacked espadrille for a flattering look.

Here are those crops again and this time with a knotted knit top. It is a really flattering cut for the shirt and lots of forgiveness around the mommy tummy!

Same top and this time with black stretch jeans that have a black button fly. The button flys are EVERYWHERE right now and the black buttons on these are subtle and great.

Switching the top for this mustard yellow tunic that comes in lots of colors and looks like Free People at a fraction of the price. Love the longer layer of it and it covers the tush!

Here it is again but this time with some distressed jeans from the Juniors department. I’m wearing a size 11. Yes they stretch. Also I popped on these faux leather slide on asymmetrical loafers and they are so so good for the price.

I’m switching one thing at a time, can you tell?! And this time I just switched out the top for this faded sweatshirt that is only $10. The sweatshirt comes in a bunch of colors and is a great wash!

Switching gears up with this cardigan….that I thought was a dress :/ I put it on and although I would never wear it out exactly like this…it kinda works! I think I would pair it with some leggings and call it a dress!

The way it was intended to be worn was like this though FOR SURE. It’s a super cute long button front cardigan with a tie belt. I simply tied the belt behind my back and it looked SO cute with comfy flats and button fly jeans.

When I saw this top, I knew I had to try it and it’s a great fit for fall here in the south….tie sleeves, draped front for those who don’t like a front tuck or knot and a great fall pattern and color!

Here it is tied up and it’s also super cute with a tuck. I love it with these wedge boots that look designer!
Okay – so there are several outfit ideas for you guys and I hope you find something you love! Happy shopping!
