The best valentines are personal, sweet and a little spicy. This one is exactly that! Here is a super easy valentine for the man in your life – perfect for your man, dad, brother or favorite bearded dude. This very manly valentines gift is also perfect if your mate is a Chewbacca fan or just likes chewy jerky (see what I did there? Star Wars fans? Chewy? Get it?).
This is one of the fastest and easiest ways to personalize a box of valentines treats. It is SO simple and easy and everyone loves it!
First gather your supplies. Here is what you need….
- Jack Links Beef Jerky valentines box I got at the local pharmacy for $6
- glue stick
- scissors
- pen
- 8×10 print of your main squeeze
I printed Jeremy’s photo on a sheet of semi-gloss paper with my Canon TS8020 printer and I love how vibrant the colors are and the clarity is out of this world! It’s much better quality than I’ve ever received from a local photo lab.
The valentines box was held shut with a small clear sticker so I removed that and used the back part of the box as my guide for tracing the heart shape onto the photo.
If you want the photo to cover the red part completely, you can make it a little bit bigger but I liked the size so I did a tight tracing line.
Then I simply cut out the heart shape.
I used this disappearing glue stick to apply a thin coat on the front side of the box and the back side of the photo.
The end result is personalized and adorably funny.

Oh goodness, that’s hilarious! What a cute idea!! I’m never very creative for Valentine’s Day – this is a good reminder that it can be super simple and still really sweet. 😉

OMG, I am totally stealing this idea! Except with candy, because my man likes his chocolate.

You have got to tell me what store you got that valentine jerky from! I’ve been to Walgreens, Target and Hallmark looking for it. NO such luck.
Thank you! Love your blog! I’ve been following your blog for years.
XO,
Carrie
