Where did you get that right there?

One of the most frequently asked questions is “Where did you get that__________, right there? (fill in the blank with various items)”.  And I always say – well, we met on a blind date and God broke the mold when He made Jeremy Bower.  🙂

No.  I kid.  I kid.  But seriously he’s mine and you can’t have him.

And I thought it was about time to just fill in the blank and answer all the questions.  I try my best to do it in the comments and on Instagram but when it gets to be too much, I figured it would be better to just write a post and do it all in one place.  Hope this is helpful to some of you out there and if there is any other item in our house you would want a source to, pop it in the comments and if I can find it exactly or a dupe, I’ll update the end of the post.

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT BASEMENT BEDROOM RUG?

Here is the link.  They currently have all prices in stock and the quality is really nice.  It does have a short fringe on two sides that I dig but if fringe ain’t your thang….I won’t hold it against you.  I got the 8×10 size and it is a little more gray in real life.

WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR TALL OFFICE STORAGE UNIT?

It’s actually two different pieces stacked on top of one another.  Both are from Ikea.  The bottom dresser is this one.  And the top cubbies is this one.  We just secured them in the back with a flush mounting bracket we got at Home Depot.  I think for under $200 total – this is a really good way to hack Ikea into a substantial storage solution!

WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR BONE AND CAPIZ FRAMES?

I get them all over.  A lot of them hail from TJ Maxx (it’s the only decor store in our town) and I wait till they are on clearance.  I also will get some at World Market when they have different ones.  Right now, they have this one and this one.  Both are really pretty and a good price!

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT PRINT?

This was an old thrift store find.  It’s a replica of a Monet painting and I hung it sideways (kinda looks like a waterfall) because I wanted something this exact size.  In the future I might change out the art but for now, I dig that it’s a head turner 🙂  I found some other Monets on canvas that you might like here and here.  If you want to get this exact one, here is a source.

WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR LAUNDRY ROOM RUG?

It is an indoor outdoor rug that is washable and bleachable!  Whatwhat?!  Yup.  It makes me a whole lot less paranoid about pouring the bleach into the washer (even though we use the splash-less type).  Here is the link.

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT IRONING BOARD?

I got the mini ironing board at Goodwill and then sewed a cover for it with Hobby Lobby fabric.  Here is the link to the fabric.  And here is the exact ironing board.  You can follow my tutorial for sewing your own!

WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR KITCHEN LIGHT FIXTURE?

It’s from Ballard Designs!  It’s one that is very old and I don’t think they sell it anymore 🙁  but I still love it.  I will say that I want to change out the bulbs because they aren’t bright enough for me (we just popped old Edison bulbs in from the hardware store) but in general, I am really happy with how this guy is classic and pretty!  Here is a similar one and this one is pretty close too.

WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR LAUNDRY ROOM KNOBS?

These are so pretty, right!?  They are from here.  And yes, they are pricey for knobs but really well made and don’t feel cheap or breakable.  They are very twinkly in real life as they reflect the light.
