I am so excited to announce that Bower Power’s annual 12 Days of Christmas is back! And this year, I am gonna repeat last year’s version of 12 straight days starting today! In the past, we touched on a variety of holiday subjects…everything from art to tree ornaments to christmas traditions to tablesettings. Here are just a few of the highlights of years past….(click on the photos below for the quickie link for holiday cheer!)
And to give you an idea of what to expect…ya know…when you are expecting….aka you are virgin Mary….where is this going?…I have no idea…
oh….right…
the syllabus…to let you know what to look for in the next 12 days…
Oh and plus, a bunch of these posts will be linky parties…so go home, tie up your elf shoes, slap on a Santa cap and get your christmas on. And then come back and join the christmas shindig.
Can’t wait!!!! 🙂 🙂
Enough exclamation points? I think not!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oo – So exciting! I love seeing everything and I can’t wait for the card and holiday table setting especially!
Oh I so wish I could get that creative for Christmas this year… try as I might, I just can’t pull it all together. I should probably start in like May for next Christmas lol

Your “what to expect” comment is pretty much the funniest thing I’ve ever read on a DIY blog. Maybe any blog. Can’t wait to see everything!

So excited! I love Christmas and your ideas from past years were fantastic!
Sounds fun! The 12 days of Christmas begins on Christmas Day though.

You are correct…I just do it a little early so I can have just a smudge of family time on the big day 🙂

Looking forward to this! By the way, on a completely random note, have you seen this youtube video on 25 ways to tie a scarf? Sheer genius. I loved the behind the scenes (how they put it together) blog post too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LYAEz777AU

Wearing my elf shoes as I type….nothing else, just elf shoes. It’s OK, my laptop is hiding my nekkedness.
Moving on. Can’t wait to see what you have up your sleeve for this holiday season, KB! I’m sure it will rock our world & will blow said elf shoes right off my feet. BTW, I’ve had your monogrammed ornament pinned forever & just might actually copy it next year (Quinn’s not really allowing for holiday hoopla this year, the little stinker.)
Speaking of, 3 things:
1. THANK YOU so very much for your sweet comments on Quinn’s arrival. I teared up reading them. Makes us feel warm & fuzzy that the popular KB dropped by. =]
2. You are one of my top referring sites. Thanks for directing so much traffic to my blog day after day. I want to wrap you in bacon & a hug.
3. You never cease to amaze me w/ how much you can juggle. So happy to see that the photog biz is thriving!!
Great idears, Katie Bower! Look forward to seeing your creativity and other people’s contributions! Voyeur? Maybe. And maybe I can show off some of my projects too 🙂
The picture of Will on your card is adorbs.
Can’t wait to see your 12 upcoming posts. You have me on the edge of my seat.
Can’t wait!
haha….I am laughing at the thought of you breastfeeding with elf shoes on. That would be hilarious.

p.s. I am still an avid fan – so whenever little sweet Quinnie let’s you post, know that I am reading furiously, wishing you guys the very best!
You guys have amazing cards done! I love how they’re not the “standard” cards you see out there (like the ones I did for Christmas haha). I just addressed all my cards last night, but I still have to endure the lineup of hell at the Post Office to get stamps! Yikes!!!
I haven’t been following your blog for long but love it! I also love that Will’s name is William Jackson. My nephew’s name is Jackson William! Happy Holidays to your and your fam.
